Type specimen: GSI/GC/2901–2906, a partial skeleton (nearly complete skull and jaws associated with 72 precloacal vertebrae and ribs). Its type locality is Dholi Dungri, which is in a Maastrichtian floodplain sandstone in the Lameta Formation of India.
