Type specimen: TMP 2001.45.91, a limb element (left ulna). Its type locality is Albertosaurus Bonebed, Dry Island Buffalo Jump, which is in a Maastrichtian coarse channel fill sandstone in the Horseshoe Canyon Formation of Canada.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
