Type specimen: lost, a tooth. Its type locality is Blue Anchor Point, Watchet, Hypsiprymnopsis holotype site, which is in a Rhaetian carbonate marl in the Blue Anchor Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore
