Type specimen: CM 62035, a mandible (associated left and right dentary fragments preserving left M2, talonid heel of left M3, right M1-2, and right P3). Its type locality is Buck Spring Quarries, which is in a Lostcabinian terrestrial horizon in the Wind River Formation of Wyoming.
